VikingIntel collects information you provide directly, including account details (email, wallet address), investigation data (cases, notes, evidence), and API usage metadata. We also collect limited analytics data to improve the platform.

We use your information to provide and improve the VikingIntel platform, process investigations, manage your account and subscriptions, and communicate with you about your usage. On-chain data processed through VikingIntel is public information — we normalize and index it for investigation purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics), and as required by law. Investigation data is scoped to your account and not shared with other users.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Anonymous investigation data is purged after 90 days. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support.
